Acceptance of Terms. By using https://ahelpinghammernd.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, A Helping Hammer markets and arranges Deck Installation, Drywall Installation, Furniture Assembly, Interior Painting, Light Fixture Installation, TV Mounting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ahelpinghammernd.com is the property of A Helping Hammer or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://ahelpinghammernd.com is provided on an "as is" basis. A Helping Hammer makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of A Helping Hammer arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify A Helping Hammer from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. ND law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of ND, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. A Helping Hammer may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
